IHOA SCHOLARSHIP CRITERIA AND ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
1. The scholarship is available to both male and female applicants
2. Applicants must be an active member of IHOA
3. Must be applying and planning to attend college as a full-time student in the school year following the award
4. Applicant must graduate from high school no later than June of the award year
5. Academic standing, including but not limited to grades, class rank, standardized tests scores and curriculum
6. Community and volunteer service
7. Extracurricular activities
8. Leadership and character
9. Letters of recommendation
